January 2022 featured Layer Marney Tower in Essex, the tallest Tudor gatehouse in the UK with commanding views over the Blackwater Estuary.

Inkwash and watercolour landscape studies based mainly on the west coast of Scotland and England where rocks and spits of land run into the sea and extend the shoreline inch by inch.

Planting plans

Landscape and planting plans for two recent garden redesigns in London. The planting plans are original artworks, illustrated in pen and watercolour.

Desert Isolation Houses

Pen and ink wash illustrations of buildings that were chosen by friends and family during the recent lockdown of their dream isolation ‘home’.

Each illustration was accompanied by a short history.

Focusing on the Renaissance and Baroque of Italy, a series of ink wash drawings, trying to capture the beauty of their settings and finely crafted details.
